British American Tobacco (BAT) Mexico is looking for a Growth Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support in business analysis, reporting, and budget control to help optimize our growth management tools and strategic decision-making processes.
What You'll Do
- Control and monitor the budget.
- Analyze relevant business information.
- Build reports and presentations to support decision-making.
- Provide insights on the economic and industry context.
- Track key business indicators.
- Propose new initiatives to optimize analysis tools and results evaluation.
- Execute provisions.
- Control master data.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Global Business, or a related field, with a projected graduation date of mid-2027 or later.
- No plans for a student exchange program for the next 1 year.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule aligned with your academic load.
- Advanced level of English.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude.
