What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of growth across multiple channels, shaping how users discover and engage with the platform. You’ll design and test offers, develop high-performing creative concepts, write compelling copy, and manage media spend to scale acquisition efficiently.
Collaborate closely with product, content, and expansion teams to strengthen the inbound engine in new and existing markets. You’ll be hands-on in crafting ad content, including on-camera appearances for studio-produced creatives, ensuring messaging resonates across diverse audiences.
Apply consumer marketing tactics to B2B growth challenges, experimenting with creative formats and distribution channels to maximize reach and conversion. Your insights will inform strategy across agency partnerships and community-driven acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in growth-focused roles at a brand or agency, with proven success in media buying, creative strategy, or growth management
- A strong drive to learn and expand your capabilities—growth mindset is essential
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable leading creative production, including appearing in front of the camera for ad content
- Demonstrated curiosity and broad interests, with a history of exploring new domains and applying cross-disciplinary ideas
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Proficiency in German
- Based in Munich, allowing regular access to the in-house content studio
