What You'll Do
Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and performance targets, serving as a strategic advisor throughout their journey. Guide them in building effective creative testing frameworks and optimizing their advertising strategies across short-form video platforms.
Conduct regular in-person meetings with key clients across Europe, ensuring strong relationships and alignment on goals. Analyze creative and campaign performance data to uncover patterns, extract insights, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve results over time.
Lead onboarding processes and support the rollout of internal workflows, ensuring clients can fully leverage the platform. Collaborate with creative operations, product, and partnership teams to maintain seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and check-ins to increase product adoption and usage. Monitor client engagement proactively, identifying opportunities for expansion and supporting revenue growth through trusted advisory.
Translate client feedback into clear input for product and internal teams, helping shape future development. Stay current with shifts in digital advertising, emerging platforms, and innovations in performance marketing to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in performance marketing or creative strategy, with direct experience in short-form video advertising
- Proven understanding of major advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Google Ads, and programmatic channels
- Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and applying optimization techniques to improve performance
- Hands-on experience with creative production, content testing, or creative analysis workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and data-focused teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insights clearly
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight
- Self-driven and commercially aware, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
