What You'll Do
Design and manage high-performing native campaigns, continuously testing creatives, angles, and targeting strategies to improve efficiency. Analyze key metrics including CPA, LTV, and ROI to guide optimization decisions. Monitor traffic quality and adjust tactics in real time to maintain performance. Collaborate with partners to secure favorable terms and expand reach.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience running and scaling campaigns on Taboola and/or Outbrain
- Demonstrated ability to set up, optimize, and manage native ad funnels including prelanders and landing pages
- Strong command of performance tracking tools and metrics such as CPC, CTR, and conversion tracking
- Proven skill in A/B testing creatives and refining messaging for better engagement
- Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing models is beneficial
