About the Role

As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you’ll bridge marketing and customer success to ensure clients derive measurable value from digital solutions. Your role will center on guiding customers through onboarding, driving adoption, and nurturing long-term loyalty through tailored engagement strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage customer onboarding plans that promote early adoption and sustained engagement.
  • Develop and launch targeted email campaigns using ActiveCampaign to support customer lifecycle stages and boost interaction.
  • Assist in planning paid social initiatives, particularly on Meta platforms, to expand lead generation and grow subscriber bases.
  • Monitor campaign and customer behavior using GA4, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with timely, professional support that enhances satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system optimizations to elevate service delivery.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate internally, ensuring feedback informs product and service evolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and advanced English required; additional European languages are an asset.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to understand customer goals and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the initiative to manage priorities independently.
  • Experience in copywriting and guiding customer conversations with professionalism and clarity.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on shared outcomes and team-driven success.
