What You'll Do
Take ownership of outbound prospecting to identify and engage senior decision-makers across target industries. You'll design and execute tailored outreach strategies to generate new business, positioning the platform’s value in high-impact conversations. Manage a full-cycle sales process—from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure—ensuring consistent pipeline development and revenue conversion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on pricing, technical requirements, and customer needs. Use insights from market trends and client feedback to refine outreach methods and improve win rates. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed sales targets and expand the company’s footprint in the enterprise space.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in outbound enterprise sales, with documented success closing net-new business and exceeding quarterly goals
- Proven experience closing individual deals valued at $500,000 or more
- Strong communication skills—able to clearly explain technical offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and CRM platforms for pipeline tracking and outreach
- Comfort interpreting sales data to guide strategy and optimize performance
- Demonstrated resilience in fast-moving, high-pressure startup environments

- History of closing enterprise contracts exceeding $250,000
