Nasoft is presently recruiting a Growth Enablement Specialist to support their client's expansion. This position focuses on enhancing internal strategies, facilitating sales productivity, and coordinating interdepartmental projects. The perfect candidate will be instrumental in developing frameworks that support team empowerment and sustainable organizational development. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the operational and informational core for commercial departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships). • Manage and configure CRM systems, workflow processes, sales pipelines, and reporting interfaces. • Oversee sales and marketing enablement platforms (CRM, WhatsApp, email automation, invoicing systems). • Sanitize, authenticate, organize, and integrate extensive datasets into CRM while maintaining data precision and integrity. • Construct periodic performance analytics dashboards for executive leadership. • Track lead progression, pipeline transitions, deal phases, and conversion analytics across teams. • Compile internal workflow documentation, procedural guidelines, and enablement resources. • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate technological platforms (CRM, WhatsApp API, invoicing systems, data synchronization). • Educate commercial teams on CRM utilization, data entry protocols, and optimal methodologies. • Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness. • Execute additional assigned responsibilities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline. • Minimum 2 years experience in CRM administration, growth operations, revenue operations, or data-centric roles. • Practical expertise with Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce platforms. • Proficiency in data visualization technologies (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker) is highly advantageous. • Understanding of SaaS and B2B growth funnels and performance indicators. • Advanced spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboarding). • Robust analytical approach with exceptional problem-solving capabilities. • Capacity to manage complex operational and cross-functional assignments.
