Numeral is looking for a Growth team member to operate at the intersection of experimentation and execution. You’ll own projects across paid media, ABM, content, creator partnerships, website optimization, and new channel testing, working closely with sales and product to discover what works and double down.
What You'll Do
- Launch & scale new growth channels by identifying, testing, and validating new customer acquisition channels, then building repeatable systems.
- Co-own paid acquisition, launching, testing, and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms with a focus on CAC, pipeline, and revenue.
- Build & enrich the TAM by defining, expanding, and refining our total addressable market through data sourcing, enrichment tools, segmentation, and ICP iteration.
- Develop creator & content partnerships by identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships to drive awareness, credibility, and customer acquisition.
- Optimize website & conversion funnels by continuously improving core pages, landing pages, and funnel flows through testing, messaging iteration, and CRO.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and product to align messaging, identify high-value opportunities, and turn customer insights into growth initiatives.
- Stand-up new market segments, helping Numeral go from 0 to 1 in entirely new segments beyond ecommerce or SaaS, leading with marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 2–8 years in growth, marketing, or a founder/operator role, ideally in a high-velocity startup.
- Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition impact through campaigns, experiments, or channels that generated real pipeline or revenue.
- Hands-on experience with paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and comfort managing budgets, CAC targets, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, attribution models, and connecting channel performance to revenue outcomes.
- Familiarity with ABM or targeted outbound motions, understanding segmentation, personalization, and how to partner with sales to drive high-value accounts.
- Experience building, segmenting, or enriching TAM datasets, working with enrichment tools, data providers, or building targeting frameworks for ICP refinement.
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong writing skills across ads, landing pages, emails, and positioning.
- Comfort with ambiguity; you build the playbook rather than needing one.
- High ownership mentality, operating like a founder, caring about outcomes over activity, and taking responsibility for results.
- Bias toward action, shipping fast, iterating quickly, and preferring to test rather than debate.
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation, excited to leverage AI-native workflows to move faster and do more with less.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Direct experience with three or more of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads, CTV, or direct mail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Sendoso, Webflow, or PartnerStack.
- Track record of owning growth/marketing from 0 to 1 and building systems that scale.
- Former founder.
