Role Overview
This position leads the implementation and conversion of new continuum of care customers, serving as the central coordinator for all project activities. The specialist ensures each customer is properly connected to distributors, wholesalers, and suppliers, aligning internal workflows with client-specific supply chain requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report outcomes to internal and external parties
- Assess customer supply chain operations to tailor implementation strategies
- Adjust internal procedures to support efficient project execution based on customer needs
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring alignment with member expectations
- Manage ongoing contract relationships, including site expansions, renewals, and audit follow-ups
- Reach out directly to members to collect necessary documentation and contact details
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to support onboarding and data accuracy
- Support contract tracking, supplier coordination, and pricing setup
- Track project deliverables, assist with analytics, and document cost savings
- Maintain strong working relationships across internal departments and external partners
- Complete additional tasks as required throughout the implementation lifecycle
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions and present information clearly
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally with two or more years in a team-based environment
- Ability to design new processes and modify existing ones in response to project demands
- Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000. Final offer depends on education, experience, location, and internal equity. Work Environment
This role does not require travel and supports a flexible, remote-capable structure with no mandatory office location.
