Premier Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is hiring a GPO Implementation Specialist CoC to ensure the successful onboarding and conversion of new continuum of care customers. You will be the central coordinator, connecting members with their distributors, wholesalers, and all contracted vendors, providing vital support to our sales teams throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Communicate the status of all new customer implementation or conversion projects to all stakeholders, including members.
- Track project results and communicate those results to appropriate stakeholders.
- Develop an understanding of customer supply chain operations and adapt internal processes for each individual customer conversion.
- Ensure timely and complete communication of progress, serving as the central coordinator for all new implementation or conversion projects.
- Work ongoing with existing member contract connections, including opportunities from site expansion, renewals, and distributor audits.
- Contact members directly to obtain necessary paperwork and information to connect agreements.
- Assist in contract tracking, supplier engagement, analytics, member communications, project monitoring, pricing facilitation, savings documentation, and maintaining internal and external relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 4 or more years of applicable work experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Excellent critical thinking and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management experience, including at least 2 years managing projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to implement both new business process creation and existing process modification.
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy company.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
Team & Environment
You will work in close collaboration with Premier sales teams, channel partners, contracted distributors and wholesalers, contracted suppliers, and internal continuum of care support teams including pharmacy analysts, contract analysts, the data analytics team, and supplier contract connection teams.

- Compensation Range: $72,000 - $120,000.
