WPP Media is looking for a Paid Search Senior Specialist to join its Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, working closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions.

What You'll Do

Collaborate directly with global WPP media houses to build SEM activity strategies for international markets.
Achieve established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition.
Analyze campaign data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations.
Run SEM campaigns end-to-end using platforms like SA360 and Microsoft Advertising.
Gain experience and mentorship from more experienced professionals.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in English.
4+ years of experience in planning Google Ads/Search campaigns.
Strong analytics skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
The ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Eagerness to work with Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Eagerness to work directly from Poland.

Nice to Have

Experience with SA360, Bing Ads, or/and Data Studio.
