As a Global Presales Engineer, you'll serve as the central technical point of contact for field installation teams, ensuring seamless execution from project design through to deployment and closure.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical aspects of field installations, providing both on-site and remote support during configuration, integration, and testing phases.
- Collaborate with Project and Field Operations teams to finalize solution designs that align with customer requirements and technical feasibility.
- Support presales activities by delivering technical clarity during customer engagements, including product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
- Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, Logistics, and Customer Success to streamline component delivery and technical alignment.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and help refine the handover process from presales to field implementation.
- Act as a communication bridge across departments, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (minimum two years of higher education required).
- 3–10 years of hands-on experience in field engineering, technical support, or presales roles, ideally within IoT, telematics, or industrial systems.
- Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in Turkish and English or German.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Based in Istanbul or open to relocation, with unrestricted travel access to EU/Schengen countries.
- Additional European language skills are highly valued.
