What You'll Do
In this role, you will deliver technical expertise to both internal departments and external clients, ensuring reliable operation of gas solution systems. You'll diagnose technical issues, recommend corrective actions, and support service deployments to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
You’ll manage and update technical databases, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation for Haffmans, Union, and Witterman systems. A key responsibility includes designing and leading technical training programs for internal teams and customers, enhancing overall system understanding and operational efficiency.
Participation in project teams is expected, where you’ll contribute engineering insight to product improvements and new implementations. You’ll assist in testing new installations during X-Checks, either in-house or at customer sites, and support commissioning efforts. Additionally, you’ll conduct on-site audits at CO2 plants and perform maintenance, calibration, and repair tasks as needed.
This position includes 24-7 on-call support, requiring occasional remote or on-site intervention to resolve critical issues. Travel will account for approximately 25% of your time, supporting global operations across multiple regions.
Requirements
You should have an MBO+ or HBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering AOT, or Process Technology, with 5–7 years of experience in a service or field engineering capacity. Strong technical knowledge of Compressor Technology, Cooling Technology, and Siemens PLC systems is essential.
Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken, with strong spoken skills in German and French also necessary. Experience with CRM platforms is expected, and you should demonstrate a results-driven mindset, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position with primary locations in XXX, XXX, Venlo (Netherlands), Fredericia (Denmark), Daytona Beach (USA), and Ningbo (China). Some home office flexibility is supported, allowing for a balanced work arrangement.
