Responsibilities

- Document configurations and deployment procedures accurately
- Provide real-time feedback to product teams from field observations
- Work with customers to understand operational requirements
- Support integration of new technology into existing infrastructure
- Maintain compliance with safety and deployment protocols
- Escalate complex technical challenges to senior engineers
- Train client personnel on system operation and maintenance
- Monitor system stability post-deployment
- Coordinate logistics for equipment transport and setup
- Adapt deployment strategies based on site-specific conditions
- Ensure timely completion of deployment milestones
- Follow change management processes during system updates
- Report deployment status to project managers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product enhancements
- Participate in pre-deployment planning sessions
- Conduct post-installation validation tests
