Revic is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to ensure successful customer implementation of our AI-native sales acceleration platform. This role sits at the heart of our growth, shaping the customer journey, defining success playbooks, and partnering with leadership, engineering, and GTM to make every deployment a success story.
What You'll Do
- Work with all Revic customers to ensure successful implementation.
- Own the technical onboarding and deployment process for all customers — connecting CRMs, external data sources, and Revic’s AI platform.
- Work side-by-side with Product and Engineering to turn customer pain points into product improvements.
- Build repeatable deployment and support frameworks that make onboarding the next 100 customers smoother and smarter.
- Translate technical capabilities into value for GTM and customer success teams — and help customers get real ROI from AI.
- Dive into real customer problems and invent AI Native solutions for them.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
- Experience with customer-facing work where success meant the system worked in the wild.
- Strong SQL.
- Solid Python.
- Comfort with getting hands-on in the data.
- Experience wrangling messy, real-world data (CRM, email, or public sources) into structured, useful systems.
- Customer-obsessed, with a love for partnering directly with customers & users.
- Autonomous and scrappy; you don’t wait for permission — you spot problems, fix them, and improve what’s around you.
- Ability to learn faster than most; new tools, systems, or business domains energize you.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
- Thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving, high-velocity environments.
- Balance urgency with craftsmanship.
- Motivated by seeing your work change customer outcomes in the real world.
