About the Role

What You'll Do

Drive measurement strategy for brand and performance marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with key business objectives such as brand awareness, user acquisition, and subscription growth. Partner with marketing and data science teams to implement rigorous evaluation methods including Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution.

Design and maintain reliable data pipelines that integrate diverse sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability. Develop self-service analytics solutions based on stakeholder needs, enabling teams to access timely insights efficiently.

Lead the creation of performance reporting and deliver regular reviews to leadership, translating complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations. Present insights on audience behavior, media effectiveness, and campaign outcomes during business reviews and planning sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks that inform business decisions
  • Hands-on expertise analyzing performance across digital advertising platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Reddit
  • Advanced SQL skills with a history of managing large-scale data extraction and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Python for visualization, analysis, and automation
  • Strong foundation in brand measurement techniques, including lift studies, experimental design, and MMM
  • Excellent communication abilities to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
  • Self-directed with a track record of delivering results on time and improving team workflows
  • Skilled at uncovering hidden patterns in data and turning them into actionable improvements
