Kraft Heinz is looking for a Global Manufacturing - EHS Intern to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will focus on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability, gaining hands-on experience with global EHS projects and digital tools. You'll have the opportunity to interact with senior leadership and collaborate with international teams.
What You'll Do
- Support the development, training, and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community.
- Standardize documentation to ensure compliance with the Kraft Heinz Management System and external requirements.
- Take a learning journey in business tools such as Microsoft SharePoint from basic to advanced levels to support the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project.
- Support the cross-zone EHS Team in analyzing EHS events to understand performance and develop high-level insights for the EHS Global Community.
- Contribute to strengthening governance and controls of EHS processes and routines.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
- At the end of your bachelor’s degree or in your master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
- Excellent social skills to interact with different partners, including frequent exposure to senior management.
- Able to develop relationships with team members from different functions, backgrounds, and cultures.
- Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic attitude, with resilience when facing resistance.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
- EU working rights are required (either EU Citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).
Nice to Have
- Willingness to learn business tools like Canva, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint and understand their integration into functional work processes.
- Influencing skills and international business or cultural sensitivity.
- Knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
