Redesign Health is seeking a Global Development Lead, India to build operating systems, develop new markets, and accelerate our global expansion to broaden access to affordable, high-quality care.
What You'll Do
- Build global development operating systems.
- Develop new markets alongside Global Managing Directors.
- Support capital development.
- Accelerate Redesign Health’s global expansion.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience.
- Prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or top-tier management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and interface with senior stakeholders in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of executive-level presentation development.
- Highly analytical with experience evaluating markets, sizing opportunities, and developing investment theses.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to maximize productivity.
- Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments; able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across time zones.
- Deep interest in healthcare, innovation, and building new businesses from scratch.
- International or cross-border experience with an ability to quickly get up to speed on new markets and cultures.
- Action Oriented: readily takes action on new opportunities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Financial Acumen: proficiently leverages financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
