Lola Blankets is looking for a Global Campaigns Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. In this role, you will own end-to-end campaign development from concept through launch, optimization, and reporting to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact for our fast-growing AI startup.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of 5+ global multi-channel campaigns per quarter across AMS and EMEA.
- Own end-to-end campaign management from concept through execution, partnering cross-functionally with product, web, creative, content, localization, marketing operations, and regional teams.
- Launch integrated global campaigns that establish category leadership and generate measurable pipeline, qualified leads, and revenue impact.
- Develop and scale global demand generation programs, including webinar and virtual event initiatives.
- Manage and optimize annual paid media investment across platforms, with emphasis on LinkedIn and Google, overseeing budget allocation, performance optimization, and ROI.
- Establish data-driven testing frameworks and performance reporting cadences, analyzing campaign results and presenting insights to executive stakeholders.
- Foster exceptional cross-functional collaboration, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and delivering high-impact campaign outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B Technology campaign management experience.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and events.
- Strong ability to partner cross‑functionally.
- Comfortable working in a global, rapidly evolving, and highly innovative environment.
