BCD Travel seeks a Global Account Manager to take ownership of our key client relationships. In this central role, you are responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, program implementation, financial performance, and establishing strategic partnerships with decision-makers across multiple regions.
What You'll Do
- Develop a truly global travel program in partnership with your clients.
- Implement and manage a Global Business Plan to establish, achieve, and measure the objectives of the travel program.
- Manage the Global Program Management team, providing direct coaching and mentoring.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through coordinated sales, pricing, and implementation.
- Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with the global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met.
What We're Looking For
- Proven account management experience.
- Extensive business travel industry experience.
- Solid Regional or Global Program Management experience.
- Experience in implementing and managing large market or global clients.
- Ability to travel when needed.
Nice to Have
- Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience.
