Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management & Business Development:
- Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term client relationships in Dubai and Northern Emirates
- Drive business expansion by identifying new accounts and nurturing existing partnerships
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with annual sales targets
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Construct and manage systematic sales pipelines
- Proactively track revenue opportunities and upcoming project cycles
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscapes
Solution Selling & Bid Management:
- Design customized technical and commercial solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects
- Lead contract negotiations ensuring profitability and customer alignment
Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
- Maintain frequent client engagement
- Resolve challenges proactively
- Serve as primary escalation point across delivery teams
Internal Collaboration:
- Coordinate with PMO, finance, and contract teams
- Maintain updated CRM platforms
- Prepare regular management reports
Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's in Business Administration/Marketing
- Preferred: Master's degree (MBA)
Experience:
- Minimum: 5+ years in account management/sales
- Preferred: 7+ years managing enterprise clients
