AlexStaff Agency is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive for a company building an AI-powered B2B travel platform. Your mission is to drive growth in the maritime sector within the German market, simplifying flight and hotel bookings for business travel.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle in Germany, including prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients
- Use your existing network in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events in the Hamburg area
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your pipeline and ensure smooth client handovers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to business growth in the region
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in B2B sales in the maritime domain is a must
- Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services)
- Native German (C2 proficiency)
- Fluent English (C1+ proficiency)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales in SaaS or the travel domain
Team & Environment
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
