Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support professional to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide direct support and assistance to our German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping to streamline our operations.
What You'll Do
- Engage with German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, offer insights about services, and guide clients through challenges.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our systems for analysis and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
- Stay updated on company products and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
- Support the onboarding of new processes and strategies to enhance customer experience.
