Teleperformance is hiring a German Presales Representative - Biotechnology (Remote in Spain)

About the Role

Teleperformance is looking for a German Presales Representative to support a client in the biotechnology sector. You will drive business growth by executing outbound communications to laboratories, focusing on customer satisfaction and expanding the client's market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding client inquiries.
  • Detect and establish new business possibilities in the selected market area.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent customer care throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactively detect possibilities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Retain and grow the existing base of customers.
  • Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Native-level proficiency in German.
  • Excellent English level (spoken & written).
  • Previous sales experience managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients.
  • Able to multitask and stay detail oriented.
  • Motivation & personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls.

Nice to Have

  • Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or a similar field.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex scientific concepts.
  • Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
