DriveWhip is seeking a German Markets Specialist to join on a short-term, 90-day contract, with potential for extension. Your mission will be to support QuillBot's growth in German-speaking markets through localization, SEO, performance marketing, and go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support QuillBot's marketing activities in German-speaking markets, assisting with user acquisition and brand awareness.
- Assist in the localization of product features, messaging, and go-to-market materials based on established guidelines.
- Conduct SEO research and provide recommendations to improve search performance, supporting on-page and off-page optimization.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring performance marketing activities, reporting on key metrics like LTV and CAC.
- Support the roll-out of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring campaign activities are executed according to plan.
- Provide analysis and feedback on campaign performance to help identify optimization opportunities.
- Assist in building QuillBot's local presence through targeted campaigns, community engagement, and support for partnerships.
- Perform market research and share findings on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong written communication skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience (academic, internship, or professional) supporting marketing initiatives, ideally in digital or growth marketing.
- Familiarity with localization workflows for adapting content and campaigns for specific regional markets.
- Advanced understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink concepts.
- Ability to work with performance marketing metrics, such as CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Experience conducting market and competitor research and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

You will work in close collaboration with the core marketing team.
Work Mode
This is a global, remote-first contract position. Candidates should be based in Germany or the Netherlands.
