About the Role

The General Sales & Marketing Senior Professional will lead strategic sales initiatives and build key client relationships across diverse markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Santiago, Chile, within a global organization shaping the future of sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align commercial efforts.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with favorable outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
  • Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and new business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Additional languages are a plus.
