KBC Group is looking for a Functional Analyst to join our managerial tools team. In this role, you will play a key part in our digital transformation by translating internal client requirements into detailed functional designs and specifications.
What You'll Do
- Translate requirements from internal clients into functional design and analysis per KBC design rules.
- Slice work into operational stories for developers and support developers during work execution.
- Cooperate closely with developers to assure correct implementation of requirements.
- Create mockups and validate analysis with end users (together with Product Owner).
- Create end user documentation and persistent documentation in Confluence.
- Prepare test cases and test cycles.
- Perform functional testing and support UAT testing by internal customers.
- Perform defect analysis.
- Prepare detailed release pages.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to handle both functional and technical aspects of the job.
- Ability to translate business needs into the solution (e.g., data model, data transformation).
- Conceptual way of thinking and active support of solution alignment across stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
