Responsibilities
- Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Improve data quality and streamline reporting processes.
- Analyze large data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Prepare documentation, business requirements, and test scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with the team and multiple stakeholders across the KBC Group
- Communicate changes, insights, and updates clearly and proactively.
- Provide support (documentation, training and etc) to stakeholders, related to the reports and you own within the process.
- Gather requirements on possible new reports needed
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with VBA.
- Basic knowledge of Access or SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent English and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a structured, organized way.
- Good understanding of visualization best practices.
Nice to Have
- Python or Power BI experience.
- Qlik Sense knowledge (big plus).
- Experience with regulatory reporting (ECB, SRB, DORA, TPRM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
