KBC Group is looking for a Functional Analyst to join the Multi-Tenant Warehouse (Rainbow) project, a critical system for regulatory reporting across the group. In this role, you will be the key figure between business and IT, translating complex business needs into clear, implementable functional requirements.
What You'll Do
- Act as a key liaison between business and IT, performing functional analysis of information systems to meet business needs within architectural standards.
- Collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment from source data to reporting deliverables across regulatory and internal reporting chains.
- Challenge requirements, simplify complexity, and document solutions clearly, ensuring compliance with the Rainbow project's architectural standards.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into clear, implementable features for the development team.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear visuals and language understandable for stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and challenge assumptions while balancing business value, scope, and feasibility.
- Knowledge of SQL.
