KBC Group is looking for a Remuneration Analyst to contribute to a more transparent, data-driven HR function. Your work will support fair compensation decisions, workforce planning, and informed leadership discussions. You will help shape how HR data is interpreted, trusted, and used.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that support management and HR decision-making
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of HR and compensation data
- Analyze trends in workforce structure, remuneration, attrition, and related HR metrics
- Deliver data inputs used for budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning
- Identify inefficiencies and automate recurring reporting where it makes sense
- Document methodologies and data logic to build a reliable knowledge base
- Cooperate closely with HR Operations, HR Systems, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
- Support internal surveys and critically evaluate results and implications
- Actively contribute to improving reporting tools, data quality, and HR processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR analytics
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to interpret data critically and present it in a clear, structured way
- Confidence in explaining numbers and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, structured, and reliable working style
- Interest in HR topics such as remuneration, workforce planning, talent development, or learning
- Good command of English in a professional environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with MS365 Copilot, SAP SuccessFactors, Qlik Sense, or MS Power Platform
- Previous exposure to compensation, benefits, or HR controlling
