Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the data migration process from legacy systems to Workday, developing Python scripts for data transformations, performing manual data audits, and creating automated validation frameworks.
- Develop and implement a modern AI-driven automated acceptance testing framework for the Workday implementation, enabling efficient and repeatable user acceptance testing.
- Create scalable workflow automations across the HR technology stack using platforms like Workato.
- Develop conversational AI agents and standalone AI solutions, including self-service tools, using various platforms and ensuring they have their own presence beyond a single chat interface.
- Build AI-powered auditing and validation agents to monitor data integrity, identify anomalies, and surface quality issues across HR systems, exploring AI layer possibilities.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of HR tools and integrations, ensuring all systems are properly connected and maintained.
- Generate data visualizations and dashboards to provide HR stakeholders with insights, support data-driven decisions, and identify automation opportunities, while also tracking migration progress and system health.
- Document technical architecture, data flows, and integration patterns to facilitate future maintenance and support knowledge transfer.
- Diagnose and resolve data quality issues, integration failures, and system errors that occur during implementation and post-launch.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Challenge assumptions, propose improved approaches, and advocate for solutions that are both technically robust and user-focused.
