JLL is hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is accountable for the successful delivery and analysis of a comprehensive range of financial reports used for business planning and strategic decision-making. This is a Hybrid role, working both in the office and remotely.
What You'll Do
- Support and implement 'Best in Class' reporting.
- Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including internal documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations.
- Support the team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies, including automation and process simplification while preserving data integrity.
- Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting, and communication.
- Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in developing and distributing best practices, process documentation, and user support materials.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports.
- Run day-to-day reporting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain and enhance reporting.
- Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks.
- Perform detailed forecast analysis, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual spending.
- Assist in Annual Budget planning preparation and development.
- Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change.
- Handle forecast accuracy reporting.
- Manage special projects and other functions as required by your manager.

- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across many levels.
