About the Role

JLL is hiring a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is accountable for the successful delivery and analysis of a comprehensive range of financial reports used for business planning and strategic decision-making. This is a Hybrid role, working both in the office and remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Support and implement 'Best in Class' reporting.
  • Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including internal documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations.
  • Support the team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies, including automation and process simplification while preserving data integrity.
  • Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting, and communication.
  • Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in developing and distributing best practices, process documentation, and user support materials.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Run day-to-day reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting.
  • Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps, and financial risks.
  • Perform detailed forecast analysis, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual spending.
  • Assist in Annual Budget planning preparation and development.
  • Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections and work with others to implement change.
  • Handle forecast accuracy reporting.
  • Manage special projects and other functions as required by your manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational level.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across many levels.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to make effective decisions and solve problems.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent level of customer service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.

  • Demonstrated initiative and independence.

Work Mode

This is a Hybrid position based in Cary, NC or Raleigh, NC.
