Agilent Technologies is transforming our global quote-to-cash ecosystem and is looking for a Salesforce CPQ Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP CPQ platforms to empower sales, finance, and operations teams across the globe.

What You'll Do

Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP CPQ platforms.
Maintain data integrity and process alignment for pricing, products, opportunities, and quotes.
Implement updates to quoting logic, workflows, discounting rules, and approval hierarchies.
Ensure compliance with audit standards, SOX controls, and governance requirements.
Support integrations with ERP, PRM, and related platforms.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT teams on pricing rules, catalog updates, and testing.
Participate in user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
Assist with post-merger system integration and data harmonization initiatives.
Identify process improvements and contribute to optimization projects.
Provide end-user support, documentation, and enablement for global teams.
Adapt to new technologies introduced through acquisitions and enterprise strategy.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP CPQ in a functional or technical role.
Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, pricing logic, and approval workflows.
Knowledge of audit requirements, SOX controls, and change management documentation.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
