NOCD is hiring a Full Time (Remote) Licensed Therapist - Minnesota

About the Role

Deliver specialized care to individuals with OCD in a fully remote setting, using secure video sessions and asynchronous messaging. You’ll perform comprehensive clinical evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring each member receives personalized, research-supported interventions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead diagnostic interviews and ongoing therapy sessions via video
  • Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to OCD
  • Engage in regular check-ins to support member progress
  • Use clinical guidelines to identify when external referrals are appropriate
  • Coordinate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists to refine care strategies

What We Require

  • Current licensure as a mental health therapist in Minnesota
  • Direct clinical experience in treating mental health conditions
