Position Overview

As a Full Line Account Manager in Costa Rica, you will lead sales efforts within an assigned territory, focusing on long-term customer partnerships and revenue growth. This role requires regular travel and direct engagement with medical device manufacturers, where you'll represent a comprehensive portfolio of advanced manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market presence and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline, nurturing both new leads and existing accounts.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust across engineering, procurement, and leadership teams.
  • Promote a full range of technologies—including braiding, lamination, thermal bonding, and balloon forming—highlighting their unique benefits.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions aligned with customer applications such as catheters, stents, and delivery systems.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking opportunities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Life Sciences is required, along with 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally within the medical device or capital equipment sector. Prior success selling to OEMs or contract manufacturers is a strong advantage.

Work Environment

This is a field-based position requiring approximately 50% travel within Costa Rica. You’ll operate independently while staying closely connected to regional and technical support teams.
