Sezzle is seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to develop and maintain key client relationships. In this role, you will manage the entire client lifecycle, from growing existing accounts to identifying new business opportunities, ensuring we deliver excellent products and services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address client concerns and develop solutions to improve their experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to clients on their account performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge about the industry.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an account executive, in client success, or account management.
- Experience in B2B, preferably with SMB and Mid-Market clients and a proven track record.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to portray value in a service solution to clients.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with SaaS products and services.
- Experience with or knowledge of common compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Experience working with a compliance automation software solution.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
