Malarno Design & Fotografie is seeking a Freelancer (m/w/d) in Sales & Marketing to drive client acquisition. This role focuses on identifying and winning new business, primarily for marketing services tailored to the construction industry. You will work independently to build contacts, present our specialized offerings, and guide prospects to deal closure.
What You'll Do
- Build new contacts with construction companies, trades businesses, and builders via phone, online, or in-person.
- Recognize client potential and present our services, making the customer benefit immediately clear.
- Win contracts for our marketing services, from consultation and strategy to implementation projects and social media marketing.
- Manage your contacts independently, follow up reliably, and guide prospects to deal closure.
- Bring in your own ideas on how to strategically expand our reach and customer contacts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, field sales, or business development.
- Understanding of marketing and communication strategies.
- Experience with customer acquisition and sales, whether by telephone or online.
- Basic knowledge of social media and online marketing.
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working.
- Your own PC or laptop, stable internet connection, and telephone availability.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the agency leadership (Marlen) in a direct and collaborative structure.
