Otovo is looking for a Freelance Field Sales Manager (B2C) to join our team in the Hamburg and Bremen regions. In this independent contractor role, you will provide expert advice on our solar products and guide private customers through the digital sales process. You'll combine technology and sustainability with entrepreneurial freedom.
What You'll Do
- Independently acquire and support prospects and customers.
- Advise on Otovo's solar product portfolio and support digital contract completion.
- Create and present compelling offers to private customers.
- Build and maintain your own customer network.
- Collaborate optionally with our Pre-Sales team for activities like appointment scheduling.
- Continuously develop and optimize your independent sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- A freelance or commercial activity status, with a valid tax number or business registration.
- Proven experience in field sales.
- Very strong German language skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for customer consultation.
- Class B driver's license and your own vehicle.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, self-motivation, and a strong goal orientation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2C sales.
- Background in the energy sector.

This is an independent contractor role offering full autonomy. You have the option to collaborate with our Pre-Sales team for support.
