We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, PDS Projects to take ownership of multiple complex commercial real estate projects from initial planning through to execution. You will serve as the primary client contact, managing budgets, teams, and risks to ensure successful, high-quality delivery.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, allocating resources effectively.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring and controlling costs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or construction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification preferred.
