Reliance Worldwide Corporation (RWC) is hiring a Fluid Tech Manager in Bielefeld, Germany. In this leadership role, you will build and motivate a high-performing team dedicated to expanding market share and driving profitable growth across our Fluid Tech business. You will collaborate at a leadership level with key accounts and leverage the full strength of the RWC organization across the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Fluid Tech team to exceed sales goals and budgets.
- Develop Fluid Tech sales in Germany and its sales regions.
- Take responsibility for growth and sales volume across all Fluid Tech segments: beverage systems, industrial applications, mobile living, and agriculture.
- Define and be accountable for team KPIs to ensure comprehensive segment and customer-level coverage.
- Ensure the team prioritizes time- and cost-efficient travel planning.
- Prepare all monthly reports in a timely and complete manner.
- Keep the company informed about market developments in the most appropriate way.
- Utilize relationships with stakeholders across the entire EMEA region.
- Create a development plan for key markets in continental Europe.
- Increase sales potential by leveraging the RWC product portfolio and European sales, marketing, and development organization.
- Hold personnel responsibility for the Fluid Tech team.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in Fluid Tech segments and knowledge of how product categories work within these channels.
- Extensive experience with developing product assortments and creating value for the end customer.
- Extensive sales experience and experience in the international market.
- Extensive leadership and team management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated market knowledge.
- Fluent English skills in speech and writing.

This role follows a local-country work mode, based in our office in Bielefeld, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
