Prematch is hiring an AVP, Branch Network Office to play a key role in shaping our branch network. In this role, you'll need to be proactive and flexible, with a strong focus on delivering results. You'll work closely with branch staff to identify and resolve operational issues and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to projects for improving branch operation efficiency via centralization, automation and process simplification.
- Support branches in various daily operational and administration matters.
- Prepare and conduct operational training for branch operation staff.
- Oversee branch operation quality and control.
- Review and comment on procedure manuals to align with operational workflow.
- Involve in branch network planning and co-ordinate with stakeholders for branch modernization projects such as Branch Open/Closure.
- Work with Human Resources Division on branch staffing matters such as resources planning and inter-branch staff transfer.
- Manage the Branch Mystery Shopper Program.
What We're Looking For
- Degree holder in a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years retail banking experience with good knowledge on branch operations.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Mature, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
