FrontEgg was looking for a Fractional Cold Caller (Part-time Sr. SDR) at FrontEgg

FrontEgg is seeking a Fractional Cold Caller to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities for our sales team through exclusive cold-calling outreach. Your primary focus will be initiating high-quality conversations that drive our pipeline forward.

What You'll Do

  • Make 60 dials per day, which translates to approximately 2-2.5 hours of daily work.
  • Handle 2.5 hours of dialing daily, aiming for 12-15 meaningful conversations each day.
  • Use a provided disposition methodology to accurately document call outcomes and progress.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of dedicated cold calling experience.
  • Excellent, proven cold calling skills.
  • Live in North America (USA or Canada) or can commit to working U.S. business hours.
  • Ability to commit to 2.5 hours per day, month-to-month.

Nice to Have

  • Already operates a fractional SDR or cold calling service.
  • Thrives in a fully remote work environment.
  • Has cold calling or analogous experience, such as door-to-door sales.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $6,500 - $8,000 per month.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, global position. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
