LIV Golf is seeking a FP&A Manager to join its Finance team. This is a fast-paced role for a highly motivated and detailed professional who will provide key insights to senior leadership and investors around cash management, budgeting, and forecasting. You will play a central role in financial analysis and reporting for the global organization.
What You'll Do
- Own the cashflow reporting model provided to investors and assist the FP&A Director in preparing funding requests.
- Support the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.
- Assist the Director - FP&A with data provision for the Group long-term forecast model.
- Provide insights into key drivers of financial results in monthly decks presented to senior management.
- Review and analyze monthly cash results, delivering reports and insights into cash flow performance.
- Work with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions and stakeholders across the global operating business to optimize working capital.
- Assist with standardizing monthly management reports.
- Complete additional ad-hoc work within the Finance Team.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years’ post-qualified experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role, working with large datasets to deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial modelling experience.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills and experience using accounting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team and meet tight deadlines.
- A professional who is entrepreneurial, client-minded, and able to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Accountancy qualification (ACA or CIMA preferred).
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and present information clearly.
- Understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cashflow) and their application in day-to-day business operations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-growing business.
- SAP or equivalent ERP experience.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian sporting ecosystem and a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian culture and business practices.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or MS Dynamics.
