SiteMinder was looking for an Account Executive (German)

SiteMinder is looking for a Account Executive (German) to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, offering SaaS solutions that bring value to their business. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, and representing SiteMinder in the German market.

What You'll Do

  • Create new sales opportunities and upsell value to current customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, develop professional proposals, and present them to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts that balance client value with company profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM.
  • Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team.
  • Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote our products and brand.
  • Attend key functions and events, with occasional travel to client locations.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
  • A confident phone presence and fearlessness in leading meetings with prospects.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Strong professional communication skills with customers, in writing and over the phone.
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • A growth mindset—open to feedback and coaching.
  • Fluency in German (minimum C2 level).
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be located in Germany.
