Reonic is looking for an Account Manager (Tech Focus, Brazil) to serve as the primary contact for B2B customers in the renewable energy sector. In this pivotal role at our fast-growing VC-backed startup, you will enhance our software based on direct customer feedback and drive strategic growth projects focused on the Brazilian market.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to contact for diverse B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Brazilian market.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance software in close collaboration with the development team.
- Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships.
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive company growth and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis on engaging directly with customers.
- Technical background, e.g., (industrial-) engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese (C2 or native) and English.
- Must be based in Sao Paulo.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem.
- A degree in economics, engineering, or a related field.
