Kyra is hiring a Campaign Manager to execute creator-led campaigns for a leading beauty client. You will support campaign delivery from casting through to wrap, managing timelines, client feedback, content reviews, and internal coordination.
What You'll Do
- Support the sourcing and onboarding of creators that align with campaign goals.
- Manage creator outreach, briefing, and check-ins to ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Help review and approve content to make sure it meets brand tone, brief, and compliance standards.
- Maintain delivery timelines in Asana and track all key campaign milestones.
- Keep internal teams aligned and flag risks or delays early.
- Help facilitate feedback loops and content revisions between creators and clients.
- Join internal and external calls to support on campaign progress updates.
- Help prepare decks, status docs, and final content trackers.
- Ensure feedback is documented clearly and turned around swiftly.
- Help compile performance metrics post-campaign and prepare wrap reports.
- Track content performance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
- Assist in post-campaign learnings and recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience supporting creator, influencer, or branded content campaigns.
- Familiarity with working in Asana, Google Suite, or other project/campaign tools.
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proactive communicator who’s comfortable juggling timelines and feedback.
- Friendly, clear communicator with creators and clients alike.
- Comfortable taking ownership of key tasks and problem-solving as you go.
Nice to Have
- Interest in (or experience with) beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands.
- Understanding of beauty tone, visual trends, and social media content styles.
