About the Role

Billups is hiring an Account Assistant in New York to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will support account team members to ensure the successful execution of out-of-home media campaigns, manage client relationships, and assist with media planning and project management.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of clients, serving as a point of daily service contact.
  • Proactively oversee campaign start and end dates to ensure campaigns are posted according to client bookings.
  • Request posting reports and pictures from vendors.
  • Be responsible for all invoicing processes, communicating both internally and externally.
  • Assist with the planning process including RFP collation, grid and deck development, and platform/mapping.
  • Assist in shared file drive management to ensure documents are saved correctly.
  • Regularly update client and media vendor documents and folders within the directory.
  • Assist in ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for clients.
  • Assist with tracking campaign start dates to ensure everything is ready to go live on time.
  • Assist with campaign reporting by supporting Proof of Posting (POP) and Campaign Attribution.
  • Help ensure reports are sent to clients and/or their agencies in a timely fashion.
  • Generate consistency in work through the adoption of appropriate templates and guidelines.
  • Consistently manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop personal relationships with media vendor contacts, building trust and collaboration.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have trust and receive high-quality service.
  • Attend relevant partner/industry events.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the Client Team (Client Services and Client Development functions). You will collaborate closely with peers, Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, and Senior Account Directors.

This is an in-person position based in New York.
