THE ROLE We seek an analytically driven, collaborative FP&A Manager to join our agile Finance team. This pivotal position will spearhead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, with particular emphasis on grant-funded initiatives to ensure budgetary alignment with funder requirements, programmatic objectives, and organizational priorities. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Philanthropy, Partnerships, and International departments to manage budgetary and forecasting responsibilities.
