Embrace innovation. Experience #LifeatRealChem. We are seeking a Director, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. The Director will be responsible for measuring marketing activities, leading a team to generate meaningful insights through data analysis and craft compelling narratives. You'll guide accounts from an analytics perspective, developing measurement strategies in collaboration with account and activation teams, and leading team execution of ongoing analytics work. Your team will conduct standard and specialized analyses across integrated digital campaigns, communicating results to internal and external clients with an emphasis on providing actionable insights to drive strategic recommendations. Integrated Intelligence (I2) is a practice within Real Chemistry's Analytics & Insights capability area. Our name reflects our innovative approach beyond data analysis. This role can be remote in the US or in our US offices, including New York City, Boston, or Chicago. What you'll do: - Develop comprehensive measurement strategies, translating business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, with solutions for evaluating healthcare marketing experiences. - Lead reporting and analysis of program performance with a junior analyst team to uncover actionable insights and create clear performance narratives and optimization recommendations. - Manage client relationships and oversee daily client work. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic measurement approaches addressing client needs. - Manage a team, including developing technical and interpersonal skills and handling administrative management responsibilities. - Present findings professionally to internal and external audiences. What you should have: - Outstanding digital marketing knowledge, including integrated digital campaign strategy, paid media planning and buying, martech ecosystems, and CRM analytics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative and strategic thinking to assess healthcare marketing results. Ability to translate complex data and analysis with business context to develop insights and actionable recommendations. - Proven capability in leading programs with demonstrable measurement outcomes and business ROI. - Expert knowledge of digital media and martech data sets including: - SA360, GCM, and Meta - DSPs like DV360, TTD, and Pulsepoint - Web Analytics platforms including GA4 and Adobe Enterprise Manager - Familiarity with healthcare marketing datasets (claims, specialty pharmacy, physician-level data, Veeva) - Experience with data management platforms (Databricks) and business intelligence platforms (Tableau or PowerBI). SQL data query writing is a plus. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills enabling direct client and cross-functional team collaboration. Pay Range: $120,000 - $155,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
