Reporting to the VP of Payment Delivery, this role will oversee provider ecosystem design, development, and optimization across fertility clinics, pharmacies, and ancillary partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Maven's global fertility network strategy, establishing long-term vision and growth roadmap - Lead provider partnership expansion and optimization across fertility, women's health, and ancillary services - Manage network economics and contracting, including pricing models and reimbursement strategies - Cultivate senior-level partnerships with fertility clinics, labs, and pharmaceutical manufacturers - Collaborate cross-functionally to align network initiatives with business objectives - Establish and monitor network performance metrics - Lead and mentor high-performing team Qualifications: - 12+ years progressive experience in healthcare network strategy - Proven success managing complex provider ecosystems - Expert in contract negotiation and healthcare financial modeling - Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities - Exceptional executive communication skills - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Compensation Range: $213,000 - $250,000 annually, with bonus eligibility, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
