The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding, while collaborating with hiring managers to understand team requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Partner with department leads to determine staffing needs
- Develop and refine sourcing strategies to attract qualified applicants
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up rounds
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Identify and engage passive candidates
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and campus drives
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding procedures
- Monitor time-to-hire and other key recruitment metrics
- Provide market insights on talent availability and salary trends
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment tools and processes
