About the role We are seeking a Technical Recruiter demonstrating comprehensive ownership of the entire hiring lifecycle, capable of operating with precision, structure, and consistency. This position requires a professional comfortable managing intricate hiring pipelines, collaborating with senior leadership, and recruiting for specialized and high-impact roles across engineering and supporting functions. The ideal candidate brings disciplined accountability and nuanced understanding of talent markets, particularly within technological domains. What you'll get to do - Oversee complete recruitment process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and onboarding - Develop and implement structured sourcing strategies to engage top talent across active and passive markets - Establish trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to comprehend role requirements, workforce plans, and organizational priorities - Maintain and continuously expand a pipeline of technical and leadership candidates for current and future hiring needs - Collaborate with HR and business teams to optimize hiring processes, support workforce planning, and contribute to long-term talent strategy - Leverage recruitment systems, reporting, and data to drive transparency, measure progress, and support process improvements To succeed in this role, we think you should have: - Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or technology-driven environments - Demonstrated capability in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using structured research methods and diverse talent channels - Proven experience hiring senior-level engineering talent and technical leadership roles - Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to set clear expectations, provide structured updates, and drive alignment through delivery - Experience hiring across multiple functional areas, including Engineering, Product, Business, and Commercial roles - High degree of ownership, self-management, and follow-through - Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems, and ability to apply data to refine hiring decisions and workflows - Clear, structured approach to communication and documentation - Strong commercial understanding of how effective hiring supports organizational priorities and workforce growth What we can offer you - Work environment: A culture founded on respect, accountability, and support, valuing clarity, fairness, and consistent delivery - Development: Opportunities for professional growth through structured learning, knowledge-sharing, and access to subject-matter expertise - Compensation: Competitive salary, performance-based annual bonus, pension, health insurance, and additional benefits What to expect in the hiring process - A technical interview with the talent acquisition team - A behavioural and technical interview with a TA leadership team member How to Apply Submit your CV or LinkedIn profile through our careers platform.
