Tremendous is hiring a Founding Sales Development Representative, Outbound (Europe) to spearhead our international growth. You will be responsible for launching and scaling our European outbound motion, acting as the pioneering contact for new markets.
What You'll Do
- Work primarily to bring in new deals through outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps teams to develop new strategies for building pipeline and growing the business.
- Use prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging.
- Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Understand prospect goals and challenges to better understand how we can help.
- Shape messaging, process, and best practices for international sales as a founding hire.
- Directly impact pipeline, revenue growth, and Tremendous' expansion internationally.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of prior sales experience, ideally in a similar outbound or SDR role.
- Proficient in English.
- Clever and creative problem solver.
- Independent.
- Collaborative.
- Thrive with a well-set quota.
- Ambitious.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in at least one other language (preferably Spanish, German, or French).
